PRO cum HR Executive – Salalah, Oman

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic PRO cum HR Executive to join our footwear manufacturing and recycling operation in Salalah, Oman. The role combines government relations (PRO) duties with full‑cycle HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance with Omani labour and immigration regulations while supporting our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage employment visas, labour clearances, residence permits and renewals.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality and other authorities.
• Handle company licence renewals, permits, registrations and related legal documentation.
• Maintain records of employee visas, labour cards and other statutory documents.
• Stay updated on changes in Omani labour and immigration regulations.
• Manage recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and employee documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a PRO, HR Executive or similar role in Oman.
• Prior experience in footwear manufacturing or recycling industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Omani labour laws, visa processing and government procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
