Product Manager – Mobility Solutions

About the role

The role is responsible for identifying, creating, and managing mobility‑focused business products that align with the annual product development roadmap and market demands. It covers the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post‑launch performance, within the enterprise segment of a telecom organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and initiate new mobility products, services and value‑added offerings through market research and analysis.
• Enhance existing offerings to meet evolving customer and market needs.
• Design end‑to‑end product propositions leveraging internal capabilities, subsidiaries, vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Assess competition and identify positioning and partnership opportunities.
• Create and execute go‑to‑market strategies and coordinate launch campaigns with marketing.
• Supervise product development progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, cost, procurement, systems and resources are met.
• Set product forecasts, define business models and payment options, and build business cases.
• Collaborate with pricing and finance to evaluate profitability, ROI and financial impact.
• Conduct post‑launch analysis, measure performance against targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage mobile base growth, monetisation opportunities and B2B profitability.
• Develop customer retention initiatives and drive revenue expansion through upsell and cross‑sell.
• Ensure products deliver a strong value proposition and end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within telecom or mobility services.
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
