Product Specialist – Hematology & Rare Diseases

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to join our team in Oman, focusing on Hematology and Rare Diseases. You will be responsible for driving product awareness and scientific engagement with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and communicate the scientific and clinical value of our products to physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute daily territory visits to maximize coverage and impact.
• Deliver product messages aligned with brand strategy and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage promotional materials and product samples, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing regular insights.
• Participate in medical events, congresses, advisory boards, and product presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Previous experience as a Product Specialist or similar role in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience in Hematology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Care, preferably within the Oman market.
• Strong scientific, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
