Project Services Manager

About the role

SLB is seeking a Project Services Manager to lead and provide technical expertise for site construction projects, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project key indicator plans and schedules, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Manage all construction planning, contractor evaluation, supervision, reporting and forecasting from constructability review through mechanical completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations, including permit acquisition.
• Create construction sequences and schedules to maximize on‑site efficiency based on equipment and engineering deliverables.
• Lead the site construction supervision team, set daily priorities, and coordinate mobilization of subcontractors and equipment.
• Act as the primary contact for on‑site issues, client meetings, and scope monitoring against client requirements.
• Provide inputs to the Project Contract Manager, review variation orders, and ensure adherence to SLB procedures.
• Verify and approve daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports and hold weekly performance meetings with clients and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of experience as a Construction Manager on Oil & Gas EPCC projects.
• Proven leadership ability to mobilize teams and drive successful delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels.
