QAQC Seismic Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QAQC Seismic Consultant to lead quality assurance and control activities during offshore seismic acquisition campaigns. The role ensures data integrity, compliance with project specifications, and safe execution of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide QA/QC oversight throughout offshore seismic acquisition operations.
• Monitor acquisition parameters and evaluate seismic data quality in real time.
• Review survey performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore personnel, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support seismic data acceptance and project close‑out activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Geophysics, Geoscience, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in marine seismic acquisition QA/QC, with at least three offshore projects in the last five years.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work offshore on a rotational basis.
