About the role

The Relationship Manager – Corporate Liabilities will lead the growth of the bank’s corporate deposit base by acquiring new corporate clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting digital banking solutions. The role focuses on expanding CASA and operative accounts while ensuring profitability and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Increase corporate deposits by onboarding new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Drive growth in Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balances through cash‑management solutions.
• Migrate corporate clients to the ABO Digital platform and promote digital banking adoption.
• Identify and prospect potential corporate customers to expand the client base.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate seamless account opening and onboarding, especially for digital products.
• Regularly meet clients to understand needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Cross‑sell corporate, institutional, and personal banking products to maximize revenue.
• Represent the bank positively at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Omani national
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or deposit management
