About the role
The Relationship Manager (RM) for Large Corporate clients will oversee a portfolio within the Corporate & Institutional Banking division. Working closely with an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM), the RM ensures high‑quality service, credit analysis, and risk monitoring while driving growth and cross‑selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Develop new prospects and convert them into active customers.
- Prepare and submit credit proposals, internal memos, and risk assessments in a timely manner.
- Monitor existing facilities, review client risk profiles, and ensure all documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with internal departments, cross‑sell bank products, and contribute to profit‑growth targets.
- Adhere to credit, operational, regulatory, AML/CFT, and reputation risk policies.
- Escalate potential operational losses, fraud, or compliance issues to senior management.
- Participate in projects, initiatives, and reporting duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or credit analysis.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, regulatory compliance, and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Credit analysis and proposal preparation.
- Risk assessment and monitoring.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT and banking regulatory frameworks.
- Client relationship management.
