Sales Coordinator – Electrical Panel & LV Switchgear

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will act as the central hub between customers, suppliers and internal departments in an electrical panel manufacturing environment. The role blends coordination, technical understanding and strong communication to ensure projects move smoothly from registration to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on job registrations with internal departments and customers.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and customers, owning tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and sales teams to resolve technical challenges and address customer‑specific complaints.
• Support customer visits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning activities.
• Participate in design documentation and procurement support.

Required profile

• Any degree with an electrical background.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Excel, email).
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Electrical knowledge.
• Excel (basic).
• AutoCAD (nice to have).
• LV Switchgear experience (nice to have).
