Sales Manager - Enterprise SaaS (Oman)

About the role

A full-time Sales Manager position in Oman, open to one person, focused on managing and growing strategic enterprise client relationships across Oman and the GCC. The role drives revenue growth, customer retention and adoption of digital and SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and ensure long-term client relationships and retention.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, product and leadership teams for successful onboarding and solution delivery.
• Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting and CRM updates.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to support business growth strategies.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise sales or account management.
• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling ERP, enterprise platforms or regulatory/compliance solutions.
• Good understanding of the Oman and GCC business markets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Required skills

• CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
