Sales Manager - Technology Solutions

About the role

We are partnering with a leading technology solutions provider in Oman to hire an experienced Sales Manager for its Muscat office. The role focuses on building strategic enterprise accounts, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving revenue across a broad portfolio of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key enterprise customers in Oman.
• Identify technology requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Create account and territory strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Prospect new business through networking, market relationships and existing contacts.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within current accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with presales, technical and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B/client sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior sales, account management or business development role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling expertise.
• Experience selling enterprise technology solutions or services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field preferred.

• Experience using CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting tools.
