Senior Billing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Billing Specialist ensures accurate and timely billing and collections across complex customer and supplier portfolios. The role drives operational controls, resolves disputes, and continuously improves billing processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer billing, validate high‑value invoices, and coordinate with sales, finance, and technology to resolve issues.
• Review supplier invoices, perform reconciliations, and settle discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing queries and disputes, performing root‑cause analysis and monitoring dispute ageing.
• Prepare operational billing reports, perform reconciliations, and identify potential revenue leakage.
• Identify and implement process improvements, support system enhancements, and maintain documentation for audits and business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in billing, collections, and dispute resolution within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
