Senior Investment Analyst

About the role

This senior position is responsible for driving corporate development and investment initiatives, ensuring that each opportunity is thoroughly analyzed, well‑managed, and executed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full investment lifecycle, from initial due diligence to final transaction closing.
• Conduct business valuation and oversee subcontractors involved in due diligence processes.
• Maintain continuous market and business research to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due‑diligence programs to mitigate risk and ensure disciplined progress.
• Develop feasibility studies and comprehensive business cases for potential investments.
• Negotiate and finalize investment transactions, including valuation and deal terms.
• Perform investment impact analysis covering P&L, cash flow, and credit rating implications.
• Prepare and present investment packages to internal committees and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in designing financing structures and support timely financial close of investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in investment, corporate development, or related finance roles.
