Senior Marketing Associate

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support partnerships, sponsorships, events and placemaking initiatives across its AMBU assets. The role will translate centrally defined strategies into high‑quality on‑ground execution that enhances the customer experience, meets tenant objectives and drives commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in amplifying and executing partnership agreements, activations and placemaking projects across assigned assets.
• Ensure all activations follow brand guidelines, customer experience standards and safety requirements.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of flagship events, décor, and experiential initiatives, including briefing agencies, design, production, installation and dismantling.
• Manage tenant marketing partnerships and promotions such as co‑branded activations and in‑store campaigns.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for partners, sponsors and activation vendors.
• Coordinate with branding and digital teams to integrate creative and promotional elements.
• Track activation and partnership KPIs (footfall, engagement, dwell time, partner deliverables).
• Assist the manager with activation budgets and vendor cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations or experiential marketing.
• Proven experience delivering on‑ground activations in retail, hospitality or consumer environments.
