Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

IKTIMAL TRADING SPC., a leading importer and distributor of frozen meat in Oman, is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead its marketing and sales function. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to represent the company with confidence to both local and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the marketing and sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Negotiate and communicate directly with international suppliers and local clients, securing new deals and expanding existing relationships.
• Translate the leadership’s vision into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
• Support the company’s expansion into new product lines and market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven senior‑level experience in marketing or a similar function, preferably within FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage B2B or institutional relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with international clients.
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to relocate to or already reside in Muscat, Oman.
