Senior Project Manager – Distribution

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage strategic distribution and supply‑chain projects across the Group. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and implementing initiatives to build an integrated, efficient and scalable distribution model.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing distribution operations and identify opportunities for consolidation and optimisation.
• Lead projects covering warehousing, transportation, fleet management, inventory, route‑to‑market, logistics technology and network design.
• Develop business cases and deliver measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Collaborate with multiple business units, brands and geographic markets to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in international supply‑chain, logistics or distribution, preferably 15‑20 years.
• Significant senior project‑management experience in large‑scale supply‑chain transformation.
• Strong international exposure in sophisticated distribution environments.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, beverages or large‑scale retail supply chains.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, APICS/ASCM or equivalent are advantageous.
• Technical and commercial terminology related to supply‑chain, logistics and distribution.
