Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Liaison

About the role

Bondoni, Oman’s leading company formation and corporate services provider, is looking for a Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its Operations team in Muscat. This senior‑level position will manage government liaison and compliance for multiple international clients, ensuring precise and timely handling of all regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Corporate Services Manager and authorised signatory for several international clients, overseeing government‑related obligations and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Bondoni in official meetings, inspections and public forums with ministries and other government departments.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour cards and residency permits while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Omani Labour Law and immigration rules.
• Oversee company licence renewals, commercial registration updates and activity amendments, including document attestations and embassy processes.
• Coordinate onboarding‑related government processes for expatriate employees and maintain accurate tracking of visa statuses.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to meet annual objectives, internal KPIs and client expectations.

Required profile

• 7–10 years senior‑level experience in public relations, government liaison or PRO functions in Oman.
• Proven network with relevant ministries and government departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Omani driving licence.
