Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Government Liaison

About the role

Bondoni, Oman’s leading company formation and corporate services provider, is looking for a Senior Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its Operations team in Muscat. The role involves managing government liaison and compliance for multiple international clients, ensuring precise and timely handling of visas, licences and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Corporate Services Manager and authorised signatory for several international clients, overseeing all government‑related obligations.
• Represent Bondoni in ministries, official meetings, inspections and public forums.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour cards and residency permits while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of Omani Labour Law and immigration rules.
• Coordinate company licence renewals, commercial registration updates and document attestations.
• Support HR processes for expatriate onboarding, employment contracts and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to meet annual objectives, KPIs and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 7–10 years senior‑level experience in public relations, government liaison or PRO functions in Oman.
• Proven network with ministries and government departments (MOL, ROP, MoCIIP, municipalities, tax authority, chamber of commerce).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably business‑related.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Valid Omani driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Omani Labour Law, ROP immigration rules and related government procedures.
• Experience with visa processing, labour clearances, licensing and corporate compliance.
