Senior SAP Consultant – Integrated Supply Chain & S2P

About the role

Talent Arabia is urgently recruiting a Senior SAP Consultant to join a leading Oil & Gas client in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on Integrated Supply Chain and Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, supporting end-to-end SAP implementations within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP projects covering Ariba, Supply Chain, Materials Management (MM) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Design and implement solution architecture for supply-chain optimisation and source-to-pay processes.
• Drive migration and transformation initiatives to improve inventory management and procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with Oil & Gas industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Ariba, SAP Supply Chain, SAP MM and SAP IBP.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Integrated Supply Chain and Source-to-Pay transformations.
• Background in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector is mandatory.
• Notice period of 0‑30 days.
