Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Omanisation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and inventory operations for a reputable organization in the agriculture and food production sector. This Omani‑only position offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end warehouse processes, ensure compliance with biosecurity and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities and coordinate quarterly, mid‑year and annual stocktakes.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, verification and accurate recording of incoming inventory.
• Manage proper storage, handling, preservation, rotation and production storage of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and issue delivery, dispatch and export documentation.
• Maintain warehouse environment conditions and ensure compliance with health, safety and biosecurity regulations.
• Coordinate specialized product conversion processes according to approved standards.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, data entry and system updates.
• Produce regular reports on warehouse, inventory and production performance.
• Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce losses.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Omani nationality in line with Omanisation requirements.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control and health & safety standards.
