Specialist Doctors & General Practitioners – Multiple Specialties in Oman

About the role

Our premier healthcare network in Oman is expanding rapidly and seeks highly qualified specialist doctors and general practitioners to join our clinical teams in Muscat, Ibri and Sohar. The positions cover a wide range of specialties, offering the opportunity to deliver high‑standard patient care in modern facilities across the Sultanate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients within your specialty.
• Perform specialist procedures such as PCI, cath‑lab interventions, pacemaker implantation, radiology imaging, endoscopy, obstetric deliveries, and minor orthopedic interventions.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.

Required profile

• Relevant postgraduate qualification (MD, DM, DNB, MS, MCh, FRCS, FRCR, etc.) as listed for each specialty.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialization experience (preference for 4‑6 years).
• Valid medical license and completion of Oman DataFlow, Prometric or MOH Viva; DHA clearance accepted for certain specialties.
• Male candidates required for Interventional Cardiology role; all other specialties open to all genders.

• PCI, cath‑lab procedures, pacemaker implantation, BMV, pericardiocentesis, ACS management (Cardiology).
• Advanced radiology imaging and interpretation.
• Urological surgical techniques.
• Anesthesia administration and monitoring.
• Neonatal intensive care procedures.
• Gastroenterology endoscopy and therapeutic interventions.
• Internal medicine diagnostics and management.
• Obstetrics & gynecology deliveries and surgical procedures.
• Dermatology procedural skills.
• General surgery operative techniques.
• Orthopedic outpatient care, joint injections, casting, fracture and arthritis management.
