Support & Implementation Engineer – Omani Nationals

About the role

We are seeking Support & Implementation Engineers to act as high‑level technical liaisons for our customers. The role covers the full incident lifecycle, requiring both onsite and remote engagement to deliver and maintain complex IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and install solutions in test and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer‑reported issues across databases, applications, networks, communications and integration interfaces.
• Respond promptly to tickets and customer requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare, review and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits, either physically or remotely.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduate up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work extra hours when needed.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented team player with excellent customer service focus.

• Directory services: Active Directory (AD), LDAP.
• Cloud computing, virtualization, SAN & storage, network infrastructure.
• Data‑center concepts, high availability, disaster recovery, backup & recovery.
• PKI infrastructure and certificate authorities.
• Additional databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
• Web servers: Jetty, Wildfly, JBoss.
• Object storage management.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean.
• Infrastructure tools: OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
