Technical Auditor

About the role

The Technical Auditor will lead internal audit activities across manufacturing and operational functions. This position focuses on evaluating process effectiveness, compliance, risk exposure, and control adequacy to support continuous improvement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk‑based audit plans covering technical, safety, quality, and financial aspects.
• Conduct detailed process reviews and assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.
• Identify operational and technical risks, evaluate their impact, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Create and maintain risk registers, monitor mitigation actions, and strengthen governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive process reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation of internal controls.

Required profile

• Experience planning and executing internal audits in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and EHS standards.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
