Web Developer – Full Stack (React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web‑based applications for insurance operations. The role involves building responsive portals, APIs, and middleware solutions while ensuring security and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive front‑end applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain back‑end services with Node.js, Express.js, or Java Spring Boot, connecting to Oracle and other databases.
• Design integration layers between web portals and core systems such as TCS BaNCS, CRM, and Oracle Fusion.
• Create and optimise database schemas and queries for Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Support existing portals, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely enhancements.
• Implement secure coding practices and adhere to IT security and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional code.
• Maintain version control with Git and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot.
• Oracle (primary) and experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• RESTful API design, authentication, and third‑party integration.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud (optional).
• Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile development methodology.
