Brokerage Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brokerage Manager to lead our brokerage operations, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the real estate market. This strategic leadership role combines sales expertise, market knowledge, and team management to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the brokerage team, setting clear objectives, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute sales and brokerage strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify new market segments, business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, investors and key market stakeholders.
• Drive new client acquisition while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and changing client requirements to identify opportunities.
• Develop innovative brokerage and promotional strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Establish effective processes, workflows and team structures to improve productivity.
• Coach, develop and motivate a diverse team of property consultants.
• Work closely with clients and developers to address requirements, resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare and present regular business plans, performance reports and KPI updates to management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven experience in the real estate industry with a strong track record in brokerage and sales.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of property consultants.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong network and deep understanding of the real estate market.
• Strategic, analytical and commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
