Butler – Luxury Residence Service (Female Omani)

About the role

The St. Regis Residences in Muscat is seeking a dedicated female Omani Butler to deliver bespoke, high‑touch service to owners and guests. This full‑time, on‑site role is the primary face of the Butler program, embodying the brand’s heritage of modern luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized residential experiences, anticipating and fulfilling owner needs.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure all services supporting the Butler program meet brand standards.
• Build rapport with owners, acting proactively to address requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and moving items up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• Female Omani national.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance and communication standards.
