About the role
We are looking for an experienced Community Supervisor to oversee security and facilities operations in Muscat. The role involves supervising staff, conducting patrols, and handling incidents to ensure a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare and submit incident reports.
- Identify HSE risks and damages.
- Report suspicious activity.
- Manage lost‑property procedures.
- Enforce parking regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Background in community security, facilities management, or related fields preferred.
