F&B Concierge

About the role

The F&B Concierge ensures every guest feels welcomed and enjoys a seamless dining experience at Alila Jabal Akhdar. You will provide friendly, competent service, anticipate guest needs, and uphold the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, using names when possible, and present menus and beverage options.
• Serve food and drinks following the established sequence of service and timing standards.
• Maintain an efficient workflow by adhering to SOPs and the F&B standards manual.
• Identify and respond to guest requests promptly, including special dietary or accessibility needs.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and cross‑training when required.
• Report any guest dissatisfaction and follow Alila’s complaint resolution procedures.
• Uphold hygiene, anti‑COVID‑19 measures, and personal grooming standards at all times.

Required profile

• Honest, reliable, and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including split and weekend hours.
• Ability to carry trays and perform physical duties associated with food and beverage service.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Understanding of hospitality service standards and SOPs.
