Field Sales Executive – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive new restaurant and café partnerships for our WhatsApp‑first deals platform in Muscat. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from cold visits to signed contracts, and see the impact of your work within the same week.

Key responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and cafés across Muscat daily, generating leads through cold visits, referrals and inbound interest.
• Present Wain Nakol’s value proposition, handle objections and close subscription agreements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and document all activities in the CRM to consistently meet monthly targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, objections and trends to refine the sales pitch.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling to restaurant or café owners in Muscat is a strong advantage.
• Currently residing in Muscat with a valid Omani driving licence and own vehicle.
• Fluent Arabic (required) and English (plus).
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to read owners and close deals without daily supervision.

What we offer

• Base salary of 300 OMR per month.
• Competitive commission structure with no cap.
• Transport, phone allowances and basic health insurance.
• Total earnings can exceed 700 OMR per month for high performers.
