Financial Controller and Modeler

About the role

The Financial Controller & Modeler will manage financial performance, reporting and control for airport‑related PPP, O&M, consultancy and infrastructure projects. You will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, contract financial management and compliance while building robust financial models to support investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial lifecycle of airport contracts, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation and profitability tracking.
• Monitor contract performance against budgets and commercial terms, identifying risks and opportunities to improve margins.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and accounting standards such as IFRS across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage billing cycles, collections and cash‑flow forecasting linked to long‑term infrastructure contracts.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and board‑level investment performance.
• Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for PPPs, concessions, consultancy and O&M contracts, performing feasibility studies and scenario analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning processes, aligning financial plans with airport operational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial control and contract management for infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to produce detailed financial reports, variance analysis and audit‑ready documentation.
• Experience in developing financial models for project finance, including traffic forecasts, revenue streams and funding structures.
• Ability to work closely with operational, commercial and stakeholder teams to ensure financial discipline.
