Graduate Instrumentation Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Oman. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to apply fundamental engineering principles while gaining hands‑on experience across design, procurement, and site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day engineering tasks such as data collection and preparation of technical documents.
• Participate in design reviews, peer checks and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope, schedule and quality requirements are met.
• Assist procurement activities, including preparing material specifications, reviewing vendor documents and supporting bid evaluations.
• Provide support during construction, commissioning and operational phases as required.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes and industry practices.
• Omani nationality as the position is Omanized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
