Graduate Process Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level Graduate Process Engineer position is designed for fresh or early‑career engineers (0–1 year experience). You will work under supervision to apply fundamental engineering principles while gaining practical exposure to process engineering, industry standards, regulations, and project execution within the energy and chemicals sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day engineering activities, including data collection and preparation of technical documents.
• Participate in design reviews, peer checks, and assist in identifying technical issues.
• Evaluate possible solutions and provide recommendations to senior engineers.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and quality requirements are met.
• Assist procurement activities such as preparing material specifications, reviewing vendor documents, and supporting bid evaluations.
• Support site activities including construction, commissioning, and operational support.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of engineering standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Omani nationality (position Omanized per ICV requirements).
