HSEQ Advisor (Omani National)

About the role

The HSEQ Advisor will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of a comprehensive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) management system. This position works closely with process champions and business leaders to embed HSSEQ standards across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and enhance the HSSEQ management system, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with process champions and business leaders to implement core HSSE processes, quality standards and compliance controls.
• Establish, monitor and report on annual HSSEQ objectives, KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct site visits, audits, inspections and quality reviews to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support tender submissions and project delivery by developing and reviewing HSSE and quality documentation.
• Identify, assess and manage HSE, quality and operational risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain HSSEQ action registers, track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Assist with emergency response planning, training, drills and incident response activities.
• Engage with supervisors and technicians on the shop floor, lead toolbox talks and promote a strong safety and quality culture.

Required profile

• Omani national with proven experience in HSSEQ management.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE core processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
