Marine Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Superintendent to lead marine and logistics operations for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project. Based in Muscat, you will work closely with Sohar Port Authority and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient LNG bunkering and terminal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee safety and coordination of all marine operations, including LNG bunkering and carrier loading.
• Inspect and follow‑up on terminal marine facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop local marine and port operating procedures, checklists, emergency plans and align them with ISGOTT, SIGTTO and OCIMF guidelines.
• Provide technical advice on loading, berthing and terminal activities to internal teams and external authorities.
• Manage logistics entities and warehouse activities related to marine operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marine supervision within LNG or oil‑gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of international marine standards (ISGOTT, SIGTTO, OCIMF).
• Ability to work on‑site in Muscat and liaise with port authorities.
• Leadership skills to ensure safety, compliance and operational excellence.
