Project Engineering Manager

About the role

Lead and manage multi‑discipline engineering teams delivering refinery and petrochemical projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality compliance with Worley’s Management System and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across Concept, Pre‑FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and EPC phases.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and technical quality of engineering work.
• Coordinate interfaces among disciplines, licensors, vendors, customers and execution centres.
• Conduct design reviews, technical assurance, risk and change management activities.
• Support project delivery, customer engagement and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, with at least 10 years on refinery and petrochemical projects.
• Proven experience as Engineering Manager, Project Engineering Manager or Engineering Lead on major facilities.
• Experience delivering FEED, Detailed Design, EPCM and/or EPC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred.
