About the role

The Room Service Order Taker is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guests in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, upholding Kempinski’s high standards of service. This position supports sales goals and enhances guest satisfaction within the hotel’s food and beverage outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned area, ensuring a courteous and professional experience.
• Strictly adhere to all hotel policies, fire safety regulations, and hygiene standards, including HACCP.
• Manage the service team by delegating appropriate tasks and maintaining high service quality.
• Drive sales to achieve the outlet’s budget and maximize revenue.
• Maintain a high quality of product and service at all times.
• Identify and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities to generate additional business for the outlet.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of hotel safety, fire regulations, and HACCP hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a service team effectively.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting budget targets.
