About the role
The Sales Manager will drive revenue for the Sheraton Oman Hotel by proactively generating and managing sales opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
- Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and target customer needs to maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to foster loyalty and grow account share.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field plus 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics and customer expectations.
