Senior Field Planner

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Field Planner to support its oil and gas projects worldwide. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and updating project schedules while ensuring resources are aligned with project demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and regularly update detailed project schedules.
• Monitor resource plans and adjust them as needed to meet evolving project requirements.
• Track project execution progress and compare actual performance against the baseline schedule.
• Coordinate planning activities with on‑site teams to ensure alignment.
• Incorporate approved changes into schedules and plans promptly.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Degree in a related engineering or technical field.
