Senior Project Manager – Residential Construction

About the Role

eBinaa is seeking a proactive and meticulous Senior Project Manager to spearhead our high-end residential villa projects. You will be the driving force behind the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from the initial design coordination phase through to the final handover of keys.

Main Missions

• Lead and manage residential villa projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee contract administration and rigorous financial tracking to ensure project profitability.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strict documentation and reporting discipline using the eBinaa digital workflow platform.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing high-level visibility on project status and risks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing residential construction projects (villas/luxury housing).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and precision.
• Highly tech-savvy, comfortable working within structured digital workflows and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal reporting.
