Account Manager – BMB Enterprise

About the role

The Account Manager for the BMB Enterprise sector will drive revenue growth and subscription expansion across Al Batinah, Musandam and Al Buraimi. You will build strong client relationships, identify market opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage business relationships with BMB sector accounts to meet sales targets.
• Identify market opportunities, analyse enterprise trends and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing business needs promptly.
• Upsell and cross‑sell products and services to existing clients.
• Provide customized product and service offerings based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical and service delivery teams for timely solution implementation.
• Track and report key performance metrics and ensure consistency across the team.
• Communicate customer insights to marketing and product development teams.
• Support talent development and high performance within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
