About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join CNS in Oman. The role will focus on managing and growing key accounts in the Omani market, driving business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Protect CNS interests by maintaining confidentiality and complying with company policies, ISO standards and audit requirements.
- Plan, forecast and pursue projects from prospective customers, staying updated on market trends and competitor positioning.
- Build consultative relationships with customers, including C‑level engagement, to understand needs and position CNS solutions.
- Promote and sell the full CNS portfolio – servers, storage, networking, security, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, support and managed services.
- Identify and develop a pipeline of prospects, maintain accurate sales forecasting and drive opportunities from identification to profitable closure.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, expanding CNS market share in the assigned segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, engineering, support) and use escalation processes when required.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with system integrators and a solid understanding of the IT solutions landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level executives and conduct consultative selling.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a technology or IT services environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop long‑term customer relationships.
