Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Talabat is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive growth with partner restaurants across Oman. You will nurture long‑term relationships, optimise restaurant content on the platform and boost revenue through promotions and advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with partner restaurants through in‑person visits, calls and emails.
• Maintain up‑to‑date restaurant menus, optimise delivery times and content (MOA).
• Negotiate commission rates, advertising packages and digitalisation initiatives.
• Generate and manage food coupons, promotions, vouchers and branded assets.
• Drive adoption of order‑tracking, online payment gateways and other transmission methods.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Record all activities and updates in Salesforce.com, including reports and 30‑day plans.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably within the food‑delivery or restaurant sector.
• Proven ability to build and sustain B2B relationships.

Required skills

• Salesforce.com (CRM) proficiency.
