Acquisition Executive – Merchant Onboarding

About the role

Join Snoonu’s expansion team in Oman and help bring the region’s fastest‑growing super app to thousands of merchants. As an Acquisition Executive you will identify, engage and onboard restaurants, cafés, retail stores and other businesses onto the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations and negotiations with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to consistently meet monthly onboarding targets.
• Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and acquisition progress in CRM systems.
• Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner throughout the onboarding journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
