AI Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to drive AI adoption and intelligent automation across our group of companies. The role involves identifying high‑impact AI use cases, designing enterprise‑wide solutions, and collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse logistics, transport, HR and ERP processes to pinpoint AI opportunities and build a roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Design and implement AI‑powered applications and workflows using LLMs, AI APIs and modern AI services.
• Develop chatbots, intelligent search, document‑processing and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for secure data interaction.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing ERP platforms, custom applications and databases.
• Create proofs of concept and prototypes to validate use cases before production rollout.
• Leverage platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot for solution delivery.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback and continuously optimise AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and comply with data‑governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise application development, solution design or systems integration.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
