Application Support Analyst – eChannel (Banking IT)

About the role

The bank is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to ensure the stability, availability and performance of its eChannel and other enterprise banking applications. You will provide L2/L3 support, work closely with infrastructure teams and vendors, and help maintain uninterrupted banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise and banking applications.
• Monitor application performance, system health, availability and data integrity.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve issues within SLA.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, enhancements and release activities.
• Test and implement system changes while minimizing business disruption.
• Monitor integrations and data flows using APIs, middleware and interface monitoring tools.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery exercises and maintain documentation in line with IT governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in application support or enterprise systems.
• Banking or financial‑services application support experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on critical production issues.
