Assistant Manager – Business Tax

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Business Tax practice in Oman. You will lead a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services, building strong client relationships and ensuring tax compliance across local and international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
• Lead client meetings and facilitate discussions to deliver valuable tax insights and strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax returns to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Provide expert advice on a broad range of tax issues and support the optimisation of tax strategies.
• Manage projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
