Assistant Manager – Medical Delegate (Oman)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Medical Delegate will ethically detail Nestlé Infant Nutrition products across Muscat, providing accurate information to medical and paramedical professionals. The role supports mothers who are unable or choose not to breastfeed, while ensuring strict compliance with the WHO Code and Nestlé guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market intelligence on infant nutrition, competitors, healthcare systems and retail channels.
• Segment prospects, define territories, plan visits and optimise routes for effective coverage.
• Communicate Nestlé’s purpose, values and product benefits to healthcare professionals, differentiating from competitors.
• Manage requests from the healthcare system, including continuing medical education and equipment support.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and outcomes for data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure full compliance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast‑Milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local regulations.

Required profile

• Background in Clinical Dietetics, Nutrition, Biochemistry or Pharmacy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in the nutrition field is a plus.
