Associate – Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Associate – Continuous Improvement will support the rollout of Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with departments to identify inefficiencies, apply structured problem‑solving methods, and help build a culture of operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Lean culture and CI projects across business units.
• Support departments in applying CI principles to improve performance and service delivery.
• Facilitate process mapping, reviews, and improvement workshops using Lean tools.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to drive improvement decisions.
• Develop and maintain visual management tools, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for CI initiatives, including documentation and standardisation of tools.
• Deliver CI awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Operations Excellence or Project Management.
• Proven experience supporting improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
