Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow our Drilling Fluids (DF) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM) portfolio in Oman. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts and delivering tailored technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Promote and grow the company's DF and DWM products and services, preparing technical proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, product support and finance teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of technical sales and business development experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of sales growth and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
