Cards Migration PMO (12-month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cards Migration PMO to lead and support a major cards migration and transformation programme for a leading banking and financial services organisation in Oman. The role will span a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension, and will involve close collaboration with business, IT, vendors and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of the cards migration programme.
• Manage PMO governance, programme plans, RAID logs, dependencies and actions.
• Coordinate activities across business, IT, vendors, testing and operations.
• Track data migration, testing, reconciliation, cut‑over and go‑live activities.
• Prepare programme status reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support cut‑over readiness, go/no‑go decisions and post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in cards, payments, banking or financial services.
• Strong PMO or programme management experience.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale cards migration or transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of card management systems and issuer processing.
• Experience with migration, testing, reconciliation and cut‑over activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coordination and reporting skills.
