About the role

Join Hilton’s hospitality team as a CCTV/Monitor Agent, where you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests. You will be the front‑line guardian of hotel security, ensuring that every stay is protected and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information, and document findings.
• Prepare accurate security reports and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Respond to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
